Each conversation request costs 1 quota. Multi-step tasks may consume more quota depending on the number of tool calls the AI makes on your behalf — you'll always see a real-time counter in the sidebar.
Does quota expire?
No. Quota is added to your account balance and never expires. Buy a Starter pack now, top up with a Scale pack six months later — they stack.
Can I get a refund?
Refund requests are recorded in our system, but they don't automatically deduct already-used quota. If you have a specific case, contact our support team for manual handling.
Is payment secure?
All payments and disputes are handled by PayPal. We never see or store your card details.
